**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical system design for various sectors including commercial, industrial, and healthcare.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
- Professional Engineering licensure with multistate eligibility is required.
- Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to independently lead project meetings and present engineering solutions.
- Proficient in leading electrical design projects with minimal oversight.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Expertise in building systems and an in-depth understanding of electrical codes and standards.
- Skilled in writing and refining specifications using CSI MasterFormat.
- Competent in construction administration tasks and due diligence fieldwork.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with SKM or similar modeling software is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP is a significant plus.
