Senior Technical Recruiter @ Compunnel Inc.

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00-3:30

Duration: 1-year contract

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with product development staff to advise on product design direction and ensure compliance with required standards
Assess and implement appropriate testing approaches, including equipment set-up
Conduct hands-on electrical testing of varying complexity, including high voltage, high power, and thermal tests
Perform both standardized and unique testing on electrical power distribution apparatus
Review test methods from standards and develop repeatable testing procedures while improving quality and efficiency
Design and set up test circuits, instrumentation, and controls; execute tests, collect data, evaluate results, and prepare detailed reports
Ensure compliance with IEC/ISO 17025 and A2LA certification requirements, supporting lab safety and process improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
Hands-on experience with electrical test methods, equipment set-up, and data analysis
Knowledge of high voltage and power distribution apparatus testing
Familiarity with IEC/ISO 17025 standards is a plus
Strong technical documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
