Job description
What You’ll Do
Design and integrate electrical power systems and electrical wiring & interconnection systems (EWIS), including high-power distribution, motor drives, hydraulics, energy storage, and production-ready harness architectures
Develop and release system schematics, block diagrams, interconnects, and wire diagrams, supporting full lifecycle from concept, production, and sustainment.
Lead harness design, component selection, and integration, including connectors, backshells, shielding, grounding, and sealing for harsh marine environments
Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and compliance teams to optimize SWaP, reliability, EMI/EMC, and environmental robustness
Support design reviews, first article builds, supplier engagement, and test/qualification activities, ensuring performance and compliance with applicable standards
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-program environment, supporting new development, production, and fielded hardware
