Job summary

Godshall & Godshall Personnel Consultants, Inc. in Duncan, SC is seeking an Electrical Engineer to drive the design and validation of robotic systems. The role covers electrical schematics, tool changer architectures, and automated test benches through the product lifecycle.

The candidate will automate tests in Python, integrate PLCs, analyze data, and work with global R&D teams to push the technology forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience with wiring diagrams; EPLAN preferred.
• Familiar with PLC programming and communication protocols.
• Ability to test and then analyze the data.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical schematics using EPLAN tools.
• Develop robotic tool changer architectures.
• Create automated test benches and fixtures.
• Automate test sequences using Python.
• Integrate PLCs and industrial communication systems.
• Analyze test data and failure trends.
