  • Perform work in accordance with NESC, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, NFPA 70E and applicable utility or facility standards.
  • Support construction activities, RFIs, retrofits, and startup efforts while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams.
  • Depending on role assigned lead field teams or office teams to support construction teams.
  • Assist in systems startups, commissioning efforts, and close out of projects.

MMR Electrical Engineer- Based in Columbus, OH

Location: Columbus, OH

Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications. Per diem available for eligible travel.

Work Schedule: Depends on the site, anywhere from 5/10s to 7/12s.

Job Description:

  • Perform work inaccordance with NESC, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, NFPA 70E, and applicable utility or facility standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates with backgrounds in utility transmission / distribution or industrial power distribution will be considered
  • BSEE or equivalent engineering degree
  • 1+ years of experience in either utility power systems or industrial power systems
  • Working knowledge of NESC, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, and/or NFPA 70E
  • Ability to review one-lines, schematics, relay drawings, grounding layouts, and equipment arrangements
  • Familiarity with protective relaying, MCCs, SWGR, substation components, and utility equipment
  • Experience supporting construction, RFIs, retrofits, or startup activities
