• Knowledge of Power Distribution systems, including panel schedules, feeders, and coordination with utilities.
• Understanding of Power Systems, short-circuit analysis, protective device coordination, system reliability.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, IEEE and local building regulations.
• Proficiency with CAD and/or BIM tools (AutoCAD or Revit) and standard engineering software for electrical calculations.

Role Description

The Electrical Engineer is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Cleveland, OH. This role is responsible for designing electrical systems for industrial, commercial, and government facilities, including power distribution, lighting, and controls. Day‑to‑day tasks include developing drawings and specifications, performing load calculations, coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams, and ensuring designs comply with applicable codes and standards. The Electrical Engineer will participate in project meetings, support construction administration activities such as reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs, and collaborate with clients to understand project requirements. The role also involves supporting cost estimates, contributing to value engineering, and helping maintain quality and safety standards across projects.
