Candidates should hold a BS in Electrical Engineering (ABET), a PE license, and at least five years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop rough order of magnitude estimates for projects.

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking an Electrical Engineer to help them design and execute electrical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects at their Charlotte, NC office.

Your Day Includes:

• Designing electrical systems for various construction projects
• Resolving issues related to electrical systems during construction
• Interfacing with contractors and answering questions about power needs and electrical codes
• Performing final inspections and checking contractors' work for adherence to codes
• Developing rough order of magnitude estimates for projects

Must Haves:

• BS in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited college/university
