You will collaborate with sales, operations, and manufacturing to translate customer needs into precise specifications, drive quality improvements, and support products throughout their lifecycle in a globally connected, engineering-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering Technology.
• Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks (preferred).
• Ability to generate cost-reduction ideas without sacrificing quality or performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve magnetic component products, including defining and building prototypes.
• Drive quality and performance improvements through testing, analysis, and refinement.
• Work with sales and marketing to translate customer needs into product specifications.
