Job summary

The Davis Companies Inc. seeks an electrical engineer with hands-on PCB and hardware design experience in Massachusetts. You will own PCB layout, schematic capture, and board bring-up, plus lab testing and troubleshooting.

Experience with Altium or similar CAD tools, RF/high-speed circuits, and signal integrity is preferred, especially for optics-related components such as lasers or photodiodes. ITAR/EAR access requires US citizenship or permanent residency.

Qualifications

PCB design will be the main focus of the role, along with some lab work, board bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting.

Ideally looking for experience with Altium or similar CAD tools, RF/high-speed circuits, signal integrity, controlled impedance, and electronics supporting lasers, photodiodes, TECs, or optical receivers.
