Job summary

ITMC Systems, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to develop, design, and maintain embedded hardware platforms. The role emphasizes system integration and hands-on expert testing with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other lab equipment.

The ideal candidate will excel in analog/digital and mixed-signal design, microcontroller bring-up, and experience with CAN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, and RS-485 interfaces. Aerospace standards familiarity is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience in embedded hardware development, design, system integration and maintenance.
• Hands-on lab experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
• Familiarity with CAN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, RS-232/422, RS-485, USB interfaces.
• Adherence to aerospace processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate embedded hardware platforms.
• Design and test analog/digital circuits and mixed-signal systems.
• Perform thermal and EMI testing and debugging of hardware.
• Lead bring-up and early-stage design for power electronics.
• Interface with harnessing, wiring, and connectors.

Job description

The Electrical Engineer with minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience. Electrical Engineer who is experienced in the development, design, system integration and maintenance of embedded hardware platforms. Experience with the use of test equipment, such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, DMMs, and signal generators.

• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics and mixed signal circuit design
• Advanced design, analysis and testing of micro-controller operated digital and analog electronics IGBTs, Mosfets, and other power drivers and current sensors
• Hands on experience with microcontrollers, including bring up and early-stage design
• Familiarity with thermal and EMI testing and basic embedded software debugging tools
• Understanding of low and high voltage power electronics and control systems, including harnessing, wire selection, and connector selection
• Strong hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, electronic loads, logic/spectrum analyzers
• Experience with common electrical and communication interfaces (CAN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, RS 232/422, RS 485, USB
• Adherence to aerospace process & Standards
