You will lead mechanical designs for enclosure systems, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure manufacturability and cost effectiveness in a fast-growing environment. Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with sheet metal enclosures, structural systems, and thermal management.
• Familiarity with ERP and CAD systems (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of ASME, NEMA, UL, IEC mechanical standards.
• Experience with BOMs, drawings, tolerance stack-ups, and GD&T.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a core contributor to mechanical design of electrical enclosures and systems.
• Lead medium-scale mechanical designs across a growing business segment.
• Develop new mechanical designs and provide guidance on existing projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee drawings, analyses, test plans, and engineering documentation.
• Create BOMs and load parts into ERP; track design changes throughout projects.
• Support manufacturing with design optimizations to reduce cost.
