The role requires strong communication, patience, and at least 5 years of field experience; NCCER/technical credentials and higher degrees are a plus, with training provided for classroom teaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of practical work experience in the field.
• Journeyman/Licensed Technician, NCCER Certified Instructor, associate or bachelor's degree in related field a plus. Excludes teaching experience.
