Job summary

EwingCole, Inc. is seeking an Electrical EIT 1 for our Irvine office. The role focuses on documenting project design using CAD and BIM, collaborating with the team, and performing construction administration tasks. Candidates should have a B.S.

in Electrical or Architectural Engineering and be eligible for the E.I.T. exam, with 0–3 years of experience. Experience with AutoCAD/Revit and MS Office is preferred, along with basic analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
• E.I.T. (or eligible to sit for E.I.T.).
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Strong drafting documentation knowledge and company design standards.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit software.
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic computer analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Document project design utilizing CAD and BIM.
• Collaborate with project team members and prepare design modifications.
• Perform construction administration tasks (site visits, submittal reviews, RFIs, field changes).
• Conduct code research and establish project design criteria.
• Attend seminars and continuing education; participate in discipline training guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required.
