Job summary

Wiley|Wilson is hiring an entry-level Electrical Engineer-In-Training in Lynchburg, VA. You will assist licensed engineers in designing electrical systems, including lighting and power distribution, and support project documentation and field testing.

New graduates should have a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited), pass the FE exam by start date, and be eligible to work in the United States. A hybrid schedule and strong benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree required.
• FE exam passed by start date; Revit experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to obtain security clearance.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems including lighting and power distribution.
• Create detailed electrical plans and perform load calculations.
• Prepare and review technical documentation; assist with field investigations and testing.
• Collaborate with peers and clients to ensure project success.
