Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. seeks a Foreman to plan and supervise all planned and energized work for the crew, ensuring safe and efficient execution. The role requires overseeing crew performance and maintaining equipment readiness in a fast-paced utility setting.

Applicants should have journeyman credentials, distribution experience, and a valid Class A CDL with medical card. Background checks and drug screening are mandatory per company policy.

Competenze

• Journeyman classification required for lead foreman role.
• Transmission and distribution experience preferred.
• A valid Class A CDL with medical card is required.
• Proficiency with electrical distribution systems preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Mansioni

• Plan and supervise all energized & de-energized work assigned to the crew.
• Supervise the work of all crew members.
• Maintain proper care of assigned Company equipment and tools.
• Take responsibility for the crew and its safety.
• Enforce Company safety rules and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed or required.
