Actalent is seeking a senior leader to manage a team of designers focused on low- voltage electrical distribution projects in a utility setting. The role emphasizes technical oversight, workload coordination, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in distribution design and a proven history of guiding designer teams, with strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, GIS, and NESC regulations.

• Proficiency in electrical engineering principles, GIS, and NESC standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of designers in planning and designing low- voltage electrical distribution projects within a utility environment, ensuring adherence to safety, quality and schedule standards.
• Coordinate workloads, provide technical oversight, and maintain project progress to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, QA/QC measures, and regulatory requirements.
