Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Electrical Design.
• Experience in off-highway vehicle design.
• Strong knowledge of SolidWorks.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical.
• Experience with 3D modeling and electrical installations.
• Knowledge of harness and cable routing.
• Experience creating BOMs and production drawings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed technical drawings, plans, diagrams, and 3D models for enclosure assemblies and electrical installations.
• Design and document harness and cable routing.
• Translate sketches, specifications, and engineering inputs into accurate production drawings.
• Develop flattened production drawings with 2D-to-3D association.
• Collaborate with design engineers and operations teams to resolve drawing and design issues.
• Modify and revise drawings based on design changes and feedback.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for electrical fitment of brackets, trays, enclosures, and related components.
• Maintain accurate design records and organized documentation.
• Work effectively with offshore teams.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
