Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. seeks an experienced electrical designer to support the development of custom industrial machinery.

You will produce production-ready electrical documentation and control panel designs, and collaborate with controls engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing teams to ensure robust, compliant solutions. Responsibilities include creating schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and selecting hardware, while updating legacy documentation and ensuring UL508A, NFPA 79, and NEC compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical design experience.
• Strong experience with AutoCAD Electrical.
• Experience with machine control system design.
• Knowledge of PLC I/O, VFDs, servo systems, and safety circuits.
• Experience working in an ETO (Engineer-to-Order) environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical schematics and panel layouts.
• Create wiring diagrams and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Select appropriate electrical hardware.
• Update and maintain legacy electrical documentation.
• Support compliance with UL508A, NFPA 79, and NEC standards.
• Coordinate with Controls Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing teams.
