Qualifications

• Three or more years of related electrical design experience in a manufacturing or custom equipment environment.
• Experience creating or maintaining electrical layouts, schematics, assemblies, and bills of material using AutoCAD and/or SOLIDWORKS Electrical.
• Working knowledge of electrical components, manufacturing documentation, and design standards.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical components, assemblies, layouts, schematics, and related documentation based on engineering requirements and design standards.
• Independently create, modify, and maintain electrical drawing packages using AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS Electrical.
• Translate engineering concepts into practical, manufacturable electrical designs with attention to safety, cost, and ease of assembly.
• Participate in design reviews and collaborate with engineers, manufacturing, quality, and procurement to evaluate designs.
• Support prototype builds, testing, and production activities and resolve design-related issues.
