Westinghouse Electric Company in Rock Hill, SC seeks an Electrical Designer II to perform 3D and 2D design using AutoCAD and MicroStation. The role reports to the Electrical Physical Design Manager and offers a hybrid work arrangement, with on-site collaboration at the Rock Hill, SC office.

Key responsibilities include electrical design tasks for nuclear plant operation, documentation, and international team involvement. Some travel to customer sites is expected.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with 2D electrical drawings and 3D electrical models.
• Knowledge or certification in E3D AVEVA, AutoCAD or MicroStation is preferred.

About the role:

As an Electrical Designer II you will perform 3D and 2D design using design tools such as AutoCAD and MicroStation.

You will report to the Electrical Physical Design Manager. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote flexibility with regular on-site collaboration at our Rock Hill, SC office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of electrical design tasks in support of operation of nuclear power plants.
• Perform documentation and analyses.
• Participate in international project teams and communicate with involved parties.
• Propose design solutions regarding the internal design criteria and international standards.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in related discipline or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of applicable experience
• Experience working with 2D electrical drawings and 3D electrical models
• Knowledge or certificate on any of the following design tools: E3D AVEVA, AutoCAD, MicroStation

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $58,913 to $76,604 per year.
