Job summary

Clark Nexsen, a JMT Company, is seeking an Electrical Designer who will perform electrical design services on multi-discipline building design projects for commercial, higher education and government facilities.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule with growth opportunities within the design teams. Immigration sponsorship is limited to TN visa classification; compensation ranges from $80,000.00 to $95,000.00, commensurate with experience and certifications.

Qualifications

Education requirements include high school diploma or equivalent with drafting/design coursework.

Responsibilities

Prepare programming, schematic, design development, and construction documents.
Perform design services including conceptual studies, program requirements, design analyses, calculations.
Provide oversight and coordination with design managers and project managers.
Coordinate electrical design within multi-disciplinary teams.
Assist with bidding process, addenda and amendments and bid tabulation.
Support construction phase with field visits, RFIs, shop drawings, and record drawings.
Adhere to QC practices.
