An engineering firm in the Town of Florida is looking for a dedicated engineering professional to perform system layouts, design engineering systems, and work collaboratively with teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Or associate degree with minimum 2 years’ experience under supervision of a Professional Engineer.
• Practical experience in Electrical fields preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare system layout and detailed drawings to produce construction drawings.
• Perform basic calculations and design engineering systems.
• Provide technical information and assistance to project engineer.
• Makes recommendations as to the feasibility of certain systems or equipment and evaluates products for their applications.
• Coordinate design systems with other disciplines or consultants.
• May assist with site surveys.

About the Role

Individuals assigned to this classification will perform engineering calculations and must be able to layout and design systems in accordance with established policies, standards, procedures and in accordance with codes.
