Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Electrical Designer with CATIA Electrical experience to support harness development and vehicle integration projects. The role involves harness routing, packaging, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure designs meet performance, manufacturing, and serviceability requirements.

This contract position is fully remote and based out of Oshkosh, WI, with responsibilities including 3D modeling, drawings, and coordination to resolve packaging and installation

Qualifications

• Proficiency with CATIA Electrical and harness routing experience.
• Ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams for vehicle integration.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate across functions.

• Create and update harness routing layouts and related documentation using CATIA Electrical.
• Develop 3D models and drawings that support vehicle integration requirements.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency with CATIA Electrical.
• Experience in supporting harness routing and vehicle integration projects.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, heavy equipment, off-highway, marine, or transportation industries is a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
