Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, test engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Proficiency with computers and control system interfaces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical buildup and test operations, including wiring, power distribution, controls integration, and required documentation.
• Design and oversee installation of low‑voltage power distribution systems for test facilities and equipment.
• Program PLCs or NI hardware, specify sensors, and develop calibration curves for instrumentation and control systems.
• Specify, select, and initiate procurement of electrical and control system hardware.
• Review, track, and report engineering deliverables to support project status visibility.
• Resolve corrective actions related to electrical or control system issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures for electrical and control systems.
• Perform additional duties in support of facility operations, maintenance, and test readiness.
