Job summary

Intellectt Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to design, develop, test, and support electrical equipment and systems, ensuring reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Knowledge of machinery controls and wiring systems is essential.

You will read, interpret, and prepare engineering drawings, perform electrical calculations, simulate operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules and manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Experience in electrical equipment design, development, or testing.
• Knowledge of machinery controls, electrical wiring, and lighting systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Understanding of electrical theory and electrical calculations.
• Familiarity with electrical engineering design and simulation software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical equipment, machinery controls, wiring systems, and lighting components.
• Evaluate electrical designs for cost-effectiveness, reliability, performance, and safety.
• Prepare engineering drawings, sketches, and technical specifications.
• Read, interpret, and modify electrical blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Perform electrical calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards.
• Simulate and test the operation of electrical machines, structures, and systems.
• Estimate project costs, resources, and completion timelines.
• Evaluate vendor and competitor electrical products and technologies.
• Support manufacturing, installation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
