Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in electrical design CAD.
• Proficient with Autodesk or Bentley products.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Create and quality-check drawings and plans of substantial complexity.
• Perform quality control checks and provide feedback to team.
• Work with minimal supervision on day-to-day tasks.
• Apply engineering principles and suggest design changes.
• Maintain drawing database.
• May supervise and train CAD staff.
• Familiarize with Kimley-Horn’s practices and standards.
