Job summary

Jacobs in Corvallis, Oregon is seeking an Electrical Designer to contribute to water and wastewater, conveyance, and river facilities projects. You will participate in the full design process from preliminary assessments to drawings and specifications, collaborating with a vibrant team on world-class designs.

The role requires an AA degree in CAD/design, proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation, and 3D modeling experience with Revit.

Qualifications

• AA degree in CAD/design or similar technical degree.
• Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation.
• At least 2 years of experience with Revit or other 3D modeling software.
• Experience with BIM processes and Autodesk or Bentley design tools.
• Proficiency in setting up views, sheets, and schedules for construction documents.
• Proficiency in printing full sets of construction documents and PDF QC with Bluebeam.
• Experience coordinating design across disciplines in 3D.

Associate’s degree (AA) in Computer Aided Drafting and Design or similar technical degree
