Job summary

TLC Engineering Solutions in Illinois is offering summer internships for electrical or architectural engineering students. Interns will work full-time (40 hours/week) from mid-May through early August 2026, with a flexible hybrid schedule allowing up to 3 days from home and on-the-job training from experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in electrical or architectural engineering is required or pursuing
• Interest in engineering consulting careers
• Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) May–August 2026
• Familiarity with Revit, SKM, or willingness to learn appropriate software

Responsibilities

• Apply academic knowledge to real projects from concept to construction
• Receive on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced engineers in Revit drafting/modeling and electrical design
