Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency with electrical wire harness design for off-highway equipment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Route and develop wiring harnesses coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Create designs using Creo, ProCable and Capital Harness.
- Review and approve two-dimensional harness drawings.
- Support manufacturing and assembly during builds and launches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues on prototypes and production machines.
- Participate in cross-functional design reviews and supplier collaborations.
