My client, a respected and forward-thinking engineering firm, is seeking a Licensed Electrical Design Engineer (PE) to join their Baltimore office. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems for new construction and renovation projects.
• Produce high-quality construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Conduct load calculations, short circuit analysis, and system coordination studies.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
• Engage with clients to understand project goals and provide expert guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical design for building systems.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical analysis tools such as SKM or ETAP.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and applicable codes.
• LEED project experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
