Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Electronics Design Engineer Level 2/3 in Sunnyvale, CA to develop and sustain electrical designs for surface ship and submarine launch control systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2 years of related experience, or Master's with 0 years of related experience.
• Experience with design of analog and digital circuits.
• Experience with data acquisition systems.
• Experience in cable design and manufacturing.
• Experience with standard electrical lab equipment – Oscilloscope, DMM, IR tester (or similar).
• Demonstrated troubleshooting experience with electromechanical control systems and circuits.

Responsibilities

• Design and test analog and digital circuitry for launch control systems.
• Develop and support cable designs for electrical assemblies.
• Work with data acquisition systems and electronic control systems including motors and sensors.
• Troubleshoot electromechanical control systems and custom test setups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity and reliability.
