Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer I to lead hardware/firmware design, development and testing of components and systems.

You will draft designs, implement unit tests and participate in peer reviews under supervision. The role requires a bachelor's in electrical engineering and 0–5 years of experience, with a background that can support a Secret clearance when needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

TTM is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer I to lead the research, development, design, and test of hardware/firmware components, equipment and systems. Provides analysis related to the design, development and implementation.

• Develop design for simple FW or HW Component (HWCI) (in project's design tool) based on hardware requirements provided and under direction of Manager/Lead
• Develop FW/HW for such under direction of Manager/Lead
• Develop test procedures, test bench and perform unit testing of such
• Perform modifications/debug FW/HW, test procedures, and/or test bench
• Update designs as required based on results of unit testing (i.e. align design to tested FW/HW)
• Configure final tested unit and test bench
• Participate in others' peer reviews of FW/HW design and code

EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:

* Minimum 0-5 Years Relevant Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

OTHER:

$88,045 - $146,741

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
