Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least two years SCADA-related experience and/or training.
• Proficient with AutoCAD 2D.
• Understanding of basic AC/DC electrical theory and relevant codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop project/product designs and drawings and manage revisions.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor projects.
• Read, create, and detail line diagrams and schematics.
• Meet design deadlines and communicate issues.
• Perform engineering calculations (UPS, battery sizing, fiber losses, enclosure sizing).
• Evaluate and specify products to meet technical requirements.
• Monitor compliance with codes, QA/QC, standards.
• Create mark-ups to communicate revisions with CAD designers.
• Collaborate with project manager and team for technical support.
• Coordinate BOMs with procurement and production.
