Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Required).
• Experience: 0–5 years in electrical engineering, hardware design, or manufacturing environments.
• Skills (Required): Strong technical, mathematical, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred Skills: CAD software experience (AutoCAD, OrCAD, or Altium) and knowledge of IEEE, UL, ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• System Design & Testing: Evaluate electrical products and systems by designing and conducting rigorous testing methods.
• Product Development: Implement electrical components into devices and assist in designing and manufacturing electrical products across various specs.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality control checks and system validation to maintain product standards.
• Operational Maintenance: Ensure all technical and lab equipment remains operational and properly calibrated.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams to meet delivery timelines and project goals.
