Peter Basso Associates, Inc. is an ESOP-backed MEP engineering firm seeking professional engineers to join our team.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will collaborate with architects, contractors and facility owners across education, healthcare, and mixed-use markets, contributing from concept to construction. You should have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 3–5 years’ experience in electrical design, with AutoCAD and Revit proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent from a US-based college or university.
• 3–5 years’ experience in electrical design of commercial building systems.
• FE exam passing is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Thorough understanding of coordination among design disciplines and their project impact.
• Team-oriented, problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Join project teams and collaborate with architects, contractors, and facility owners across markets.
• Apply creative solutions to complex electrical building system challenges from concept through construction.
• Contribute to projects across power distribution, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
