Job summary

TetriQ Solutions LLC in Peoria, IL, Tucson, AZ, Seguin, TX, Lafayette, IN, and Griffin, GA is seeking an Electrical Harness Designer for a 12-month onsite engagement. 3+ years of experience and CAT experience are required.

You will design and model harnesses using Creo and related tools, optimize routings, prepare schematics, select components, and ensure GD&T/ASME standards are observed. TeamCenter familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical Wiring Harness Design, Modeling and Detailing of Harness using Creo or similar software.
• Experience in Flattening of Harness and Cables and respective routings.
• Experience in Electrical Schematic diagrams.
• Experience in Selection of components like Connectors, Terminals, Wires, Relays, Fuses etc.
• Planning and optimizing routing concepts and finalizing the Harness.
• Experience in Mechanical product Design and Detailing of Sheet Metal, Plastic, Castings drawings using Creo or any software.
• Knowledge on Weldings, GD&T and ASME standards.
• Knowledge of TeamCenter.

Responsibilities

• Design, model and detail electrical harnesses using Creo or similar software.
• Flatten harnesses and optimize cable routings for manufacturability.
• Create electrical schematics and select components.
• Plan harness routing, hamper optimization and integration with mechanical parts.
• Ensure GD&T/ASME compliance and coordinate with engineering teams.
