Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00AM to 05:00PM
Pay Rate: $30.00-$40.00/Hourly – Depends on Experience

Summary
  • The candidate will support the design and manufacturing of bioprocessing equipment with specific responsibilities on existing electrical components, electrical subsystems and product testing.
  • An Electrical Engineer focusing on cabinet design and improvement creates electrical schematics and layouts, modifies existing cabinet designs, and supports manufacturing and troubleshooting.
  • Key responsibilities include designing electrical cabinets based on specifications, using CAD software, selecting components, performing calculations, and collaborating with mechanical engineers.
  • This role also involves creating Bills of Materials (BOMs) and providing technical support to production and service teams.
Responsibilities
  • Design and modify electrical and mechanical cabinets according to customer requirements and company standards.
  • Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using CAD (AutoCad) software.
  • Develop and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) for electrical components and panels.
  • Conduct necessary electrical calculations, and perform simulations to optimize designs.
  • Research and select appropriate electrical components and materials to ensure optimal system performance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including mechanical, software, and production engineers, to ensure seamless integration and successful project execution.
  • Provide technical support to the production team during assembly and to the service team during installation and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in design reviews, testing, and evaluation of prototypes to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Generate and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, diagrams, and assembly drawings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or combination of related experience and any technical certification.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for electrical design.
  • Understanding of electrical principles, and PLCs based control systems.
  • Experience with or understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial automation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., UL, NEC).
  • Good problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
