Job summary

Red Dynamics, a North Carolina-based manufacturer of CNC machinery and industrial equipment, is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer. You will design electrical schematics, control panels, cable assemblies, and pneumatic circuits for our advanced machines, and develop designs using AutoCAD Electrical.

You will collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing and assembly teams to troubleshoot and improve machine designs, support PLC-based controls and industrial networks, and ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical design experience with CNC machinery, industrial automation, or capital equipment.
• Experience designing industrial control panels, electrical schematics, and machine wiring.
• Familiarity with PLCs, industrial controls, and pneumatic systems.
• Understanding of electrical standards such as UL 508A, NFPA 79, NEC, CSA, or CE.
• Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical schematics, control panel layouts, cable assemblies, and pneumatic circuits for industrial CNC machinery.
