Job summary

Agathos AEC is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and oversee electrical systems for residential and commercial construction projects. The role emphasizes power distribution, lighting design, and compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will work with architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors, performing load calculations, creating drawings, and ensuring quality documentation. Strong CAD skills and knowledge of NEC/IEEE standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP.
• Strong understanding of NEC, IEEE, and other electrical standards.
• Experience with power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for residential and commercial buildings.
• Create and review electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
