R.D. Graham Electric is seeking a versatile Design Build and Estimator with strong design-build experience to ensure efficient electrical system designs and accurate pricing. This role bridges engineering, pre-construction, and project delivery for client-focused solutions.

The position offers a salary range of $100k–$120k per year, PTO, 401(k) matching, comprehensive benefits, and career growth opportunities in the Carolinas. Office-based with site visits and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in electrical system design (commercial).
• Experience with estimating tools (Bluebeam, Accubid, Trimble).
• Field experience in electrical construction (5+ years).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical system designs for commercial/industrial projects.
• Produce drawings, specs, load calculations, short-circuit studies, arc-flash analyses, and equipment selection.
