Job summary

nLogic seeks a Mid-Career Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer to support the design, development, analysis, integration, and testing of electrical and electronic systems. The selected candidate will create and analyze electrical designs, support hardware development efforts, and ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards throughout the product lifecycle.

This onsite role in Huntsville, AL requires DoD Secret Clearance and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Ability to interpret, review, and troubleshoot complex electrical schematics.
• Experience developing and maintaining electronic schematics using CAD tools.
• Knowledge of PCB design practices, layout considerations, and documentation.
• Proficiency with lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum/network analyzers, power supplies).
• Experience with circuit simulation (SPICE or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain electrical schematics and documentation.
• Design and support PCB layouts for electronic hardware.
• Perform circuit modeling, simulation, and electrical analysis.
• Conduct hardware verification and troubleshooting with lab equipment.
• Support system integration, testing, and qualification activities.
• Analyze designs for reliability, grounding, shielding, and compliance.
• Develop technical drawings and engineering reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve design issues.
• Ensure designs meet industry, customer, and regulatory standards.
