AFRY USA seeks a senior Electrical Engineering Design leader to manage complex industrial projects, oversee electrical scopes, and serve as Engineer of Record for key clients.

You will guide project pursuits, develop work plans and fee estimates, and align resources with delivery needs while mentoring junior staff and safeguarding quality and safety standards.

Oversee electrical scopes of work for complex, industrial and manufacturing projects, and serve as Engineer of Record, acting as the primary interface with clients, project management, and business development.Support project pursuits by developing work plans, design schedules, and fee estimates.
