Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking an instructor for the Career Technical Training Center in Crystal Springs, Mississippi. This role is vital in providing recognized training to students, ensuring their readiness for employment or further education.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of teaching experience, appropriate certifications, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment while promoting student success.
Responsible for providing students with industry recognized instruction and training in the Career Technical Training Center leading to full-time jobs, higher education or advanced training. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.

A minimum of one‑year experience in teaching or a related field is required. The candidate must be certified, licensed, or accredited in the state in which the center is located, or be accredited by a professional trade organization. For NTC, the instructor must be certified by the union or trade organization, or by a national trade certifying organization. Previous Job Corps experience is preferred. The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company insurability requirements.
Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or be able to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance (depending upon trade).
