Job summary
Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Crew Lead to support electrical installation and troubleshooting projects in industrial environments from our Plainville, CT office.
You will lead field installations, including wiring, panel fabrication, and machine guarding, while supervising up to four technicians. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and on-time delivery, with opportunities to work across diverse service areas and contribute to a 100%
Qualifications
- Journeyman electrician license required.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and prints.
- Experience wiring and panel fabrication in industrial settings.
- Proficiency with electrical troubleshooting and control systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead field installations with safety and on-time delivery.
- Install electrical control systems in industrial settings.
- Wire power (480V, 240V, 120V) using raceways.
- Fabricate and assemble control panels.
- Troubleshoot PLCs and machine control boards.
- Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
- Read wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Mentor and supervise up to four technicians.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards.
