Job summary

You will be responsible for forecasting training needs, reviewing training materials, and promoting skill advancement across crews. Bilingual abilities and flexible hours support will be considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical trades and ability to train others.
• Familiarity with electrical safety procedures (LO/TO, NFPA 70E).
• Ability to serve as an electrical SME within construction.
• Comfort speaking to groups and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver curriculum with operations and division managers.
• Forecast employee training needs and plan resources.
• Preview training videos and ensure accuracy and quality.
