Job summary

Rexel USA in Nampa, ID seeks a Counter Sales Representative to join our Platt team. You will provide prompt, courteous service, help customers with purchases and returns, and support daily showroom operations.

You’ll stay informed on electrical products, develop relationships with customers, and assist with stocking, receiving, and order processing. Previous branch experience and forklift certification are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution preferred.
• Electrical distribution knowledge or related sales experience is preferred.
• Forklift and warehouse equipment certification are preferred.
• High School or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for purchases, returns and order processing.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and develop customer relationships.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and safety practices.
• Inform manager of any hazardous or elevated safety concerns.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the branch.
