DSG Supply in Helena, MT is seeking an Electrical Counter Sales Associate for a full-time hourly position, primarily working Monday through Friday. In this role, you'll assist customers at the City Desk with order placement and fulfillment, while also managing various warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Product and technical knowledge normally acquired in two or more years of college or technical school OR 3-5 years field experience in residential/commercial applications.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• A knack for active listening to determine customer needs.
• Superior problem solving and analytical skills.
• High proficiency with computers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary facilitator for customer orders at City Desk.
• Assist customers with product inquiries.
• Write and fill orders accurately and timely.
• Generate customer quotations and follow up.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
• Restock counter area according to product brand.
• Monitor product inventory and cull damaged product.
• Maintain clean and appealing counter display.
• Identify and encourage sale of additional products.
