Job summary

Viking Electric in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Full Time Counter Sales Associate. The role includes handling orders, assisting customers, and supporting branch operations from 8am to 5pm, with potential overtime.

You will greet customers, help locate electrical products, and coordinate with teams to fulfill requests. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 75 pounds.
• Basic computer skills for entering orders.
• Willingness to learn about our products through on-the-job training.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Greet and assist customers as they enter the branch.
• Collaborate with customers to fulfill order requests.
• Load orders into customers' vehicles or delivery trucks.
• Provide product information to customers (training will be provided).
• Assist colleagues in the back-of-store warehouse as needed.
