Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in Warner Robins, GA. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, enter orders in the system, review and pull orders, and ensure customers’ needs are met in a professional and timely fashion.

You will also back up the warehouse and inside sales team as needed, while maintaining knowledge of Crescent product inventory and applying effective sales techniques to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous wholesale electrical distribution product knowledge and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone in a prompt and professional manner.
• Enter orders into the system and review/pull orders as needed.
• Suggest add-ons and upsell products to benefit customers when appropriate.
• Back up and support inside sales representatives and warehouse personnel as necessary.
