Job summary
A leading fluid power distributor is seeking a Controls Engineer to support the sales team with technical expertise in the design of fluid power systems and customer integrations. Responsibilities include developing schematics, programming PLCs and HMIs, and troubleshooting on-site electrical issues. Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering and working knowledge of CAD. This role may require occasional travel to customer locations and mechanical hands-on assistance.
Qualifications
Degree in engineering, preferably Electrical.
Working knowledge of CAD is required.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings is essential.
Responsibilities
Assist sales force with technical expertise in fluid power systems design.
Develop project schematics and component BOM to meet application requirements.
Troubleshoot electrical issues for customers via phone, email, and on-site.
